What's changed

What is on this page?

This page lists what has changed in Bulk Scheduler, newest first, with the date each change actually went live. It covers what a person using the product would notice: new features, changes to what a plan includes, and fixes to behaviour that was wrong. Infrastructure work and internal refactoring are left out, because they change nothing you can see from the outside. Every date here is the date that change shipped, not a date chosen to make the page look active — a changelog with approximate dates is worth less than no changelog at all, since the only thing it offers is that you can check a claim against it. The most recent changes are LinkedIn and TikTok publishing arriving on the Growth and Pro plans, the Virality Score that grades a video against a checklist and an AI read without pretending to predict its views, Razorpay checkout replacing WhatsApp as the only way to buy, credit top-ups at one rupee for five credits, and a new plan structure whose platform and account limits are enforced by the server rather than merely described on the pricing page.

  1. Credit top-ups are ₹15 per credit, and Renders can be bought too

Extra AI credits now cost ₹15 each, in packs of 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 (any whole number from 50 up can still be typed in). Renders can now be bought as well, at ₹5 each in packs of 10 to 500, from Settings under Plan; bought Renders are used after the plan's own and carry over while the plan stays active. "Short renders" are now called Renders everywhere.

Every render now uses a Render

A Content Studio video now uses one Render as well as its one AI credit, changing a Short's headline uses one Render, and Bulk SEO's optional AI thumbnails cost two AI credits each like any other AI thumbnail. Each is given back automatically if the work fails. Usage history names every one of them.

Videos play in the post details window, and credits stay current

Opening a YouTube video from the analytics pages now shows its thumbnail with a play button instead of a broken frame, and plays it in place. The credit and Render figures in the dashboard refresh when you switch pages, instead of only on a full reload.

  2. Post one video to several accounts at once

The Smart Scheduler used to post a batch to one account at a time. You now pick a format and tick every account it should reach: a Short can go to several YouTube channels, Instagram and TikTok accounts in one step, and a long video to all your YouTube channels. Every account gets its own post with its own status, a new By video view shows all the copies of one video together, and campaigns that follow a folder can post to several accounts too. A video now stays in your Library until its last copy is out.

Content Studio, on your Bulk Scheduler account

Content Studio, the AI video engine at content.bulkscheduler.com, now signs in with your Bulk Scheduler account and is included with Growth and Pro. It writes the script or song, makes the voice, music and visuals on your own API keys, renders the video into the Library folder you choose, and can post it to your accounts right away or make a new one for every time slot, every day. Each day's script is ready to read and edit before anything is spent on images or voice.

  3. A separate AI context for every connected account

The brief the AI writes from used to be one per platform, so two YouTube channels on different topics got the same titles. Every connected account now has its own. You are asked what an account is about right after you connect it, onboarding asks about each account you added, and Channel Context lists them all. Accounts without their own context keep using the platform one, so nothing changes until you write one.

Short Maker headlines in Hindi, Tamil and other Indian scripts

The headline drawn on top of a Short now renders Devanagari, Tamil, Bengali, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Gurmukhi and Odia in a matching font, with conjuncts and vowel signs placed correctly and numbers drawn in the same style as the words around them. Before this, those scripts could come out as empty boxes. The AI also writes the headline in the language you choose instead of always in English.

Type or change a Short's headline

You can type the headline yourself when you make a Short, or leave it empty for the AI. After a Short is made, its headline can be changed from Short Maker or the Library, and the Short is re-rendered with the new text without spending a credit.

Short Maker keeps going when you leave the page

Shorts were always rendered on the server, but their progress was only visible on the Short Maker page. Progress now shows on every page of the dashboard, you are told when a job finishes, and a job started on another device or in a closed tab appears in the list too.

  4. Reaction videos, in bulk

Short Maker now has two tabs. Clipping is what it always did; Reaction pairs a reaction clip with your videos and renders them as one vertical reel each — either split screen with both playing at once, or the video in full followed by the reaction. The point is that it works on many videos at a time: put one reaction on ten videos, spread several across them, or render every combination. The exact routing is shown as a table before anything runs, and that table is what gets rendered.

A warning before an auto-upload campaign runs out of videos

A campaign posting from a folder used to go quiet without saying anything once the folder emptied. You now get a notification at three, two and one videos left, and again when it stops — on Telegram, email and browser push, wherever you already have notifications switched on. It can be turned off in Settings under Notifications.

  5. New plan structure, and the limits are now enforced rather than described

Starter ₹499, Growth ₹1,799 and Pro ₹2,999 a month. The prices moved, but the bigger change is that the two boundaries the pricing page describes — which platforms a tier can publish to, and how many accounts it can connect on each — are now checked by the server rather than left as copy. Starter is YouTube and Instagram with one account each; Growth adds LinkedIn and TikTok and allows three per platform; Pro is unlimited.

Top up credits without changing plan

₹1 buys 5 AI credits, added to your balance straight away instead of at the next cycle, and spent only after your monthly allowance is gone. Starter has a per-cycle cap; Growth and Pro do not. Top-ups apply to AI credits only — Renders and scheduled posts stay set by the plan.

  6. LinkedIn and TikTok publishing

Both are on Growth and Pro. TikTok behaves like the platforms you already have — connect several accounts, each with its own posting times, and clips route to it by duration. LinkedIn is deliberately different: one account, its own composer, and an AI writer that drafts a post from a one-line brief, because nobody bulk-queues a folder of videos to LinkedIn. TikTok remains unavailable to accounts in India, which the dashboard states rather than failing quietly.

    Virality Score

A 0-100 grade on any video before you publish it, made of a fixed checklist plus a separate AI read, shown as two numbers rather than one. It is not a predicted view count and does not pretend to be — nothing can predict views from the file alone. One AI credit per check, on every paid plan.

  7. A public status page

health.bulkscheduler.com shows whether publishing, the API and the render service are actually up, with history rather than a green dot that is always green. Checked on a schedule from outside the system, so it does not depend on the thing it is reporting on.

  8. Usage history: where every credit went

Settings now has a full ledger — every charge and every refund, newest first, against the video or post that caused it. Failed publishes refund their scheduled-post credit automatically and the refund appears here as its own line, so a platform outage is visibly not your cost.

  9. Pay by card or UPI, without messaging anyone

Checkout runs on Razorpay, so plans can be bought from the pricing page with UPI, net banking or an Indian debit card. Buying over WhatsApp still works if you prefer it, but it is no longer the only route.

  10. The free demo is a quantity, not a countdown

One video up to ten minutes, five AI-generated Shorts and five scheduled posts, with no card and no expiry date. Nothing switches off after a fortnight — the demo ends when you have used it, not when a clock runs out.

  11. New plans, and each one now says what it includes

Starter ₹499, Growth ₹1,999 and Pro ₹3,999 a month. The larger change is that every plan now lists watermark removal, multi-account support, Bulk SEO and AI thumbnails explicitly, instead of leaving you to work out which tier a feature belonged to.

  12. The library clears itself after a post publishes

Once a scheduled post goes out successfully its video file is deleted, and the title, description, thumbnail and performance figures stay. A post that failed keeps its file so it can be retried. Storage no longer fills up with clips that have already been published.

The Starter watermark is applied at publish, not at upload

The file you upload stays clean and the watermark is burned in at the moment a post publishes. Upgrading therefore removes it from everything still sitting in the queue, rather than only from videos uploaded after the upgrade.

    AI thumbnails

Generate a thumbnail for a video, optionally seeded from a frame of the video itself, without leaving the dashboard. Available on every paid plan.

  13. Bulk SEO

Rewrite the title, description and tags across many YouTube videos in one pass rather than editing them one at a time in Studio. Thumbnails cost extra API quota, so they are a separate opt-in rather than something applied silently.

  14. Multi-account

Connect several YouTube channels or Instagram accounts and each one keeps its own content, its own analytics and its own posting times. Before this, connecting a second account pooled everything into one list, which looked like a bug and effectively was one.

  15. Rendering moved to its own service

Clip rendering runs on infrastructure that scales with demand instead of queueing behind a single machine, so a large batch no longer makes everyone else wait behind it.

  16. Scheduled times now carry a timezone

Times were being stored without a zone and then read back as UTC, so a post set for 9am in India published at 2:30pm — late by exactly your own offset. Fixed in all three places a scheduled time could be saved, because fixing one of them would have left the others wrong.

  17. Scheduler and Auto Upload are one screen

They were two sidebar entries for one workflow, so they are now a single Smart Scheduler with a mode switch: schedule once takes a snapshot of what you picked, keep going re-reads the folder so videos added later queue themselves.

Older work is not listed: the changelog starts where the build history is reliable enough to date each change exactly, rather than being backfilled from memory.
