Bulk Scheduler vs the alternatives
Prices read off each vendor's own pricing page on 20 September 2026. Where another tool is better, this page says so.
What should you compare these tools on?
Tools in this category do one or both of two jobs: cutting a long video into short vertical clips with AI, and publishing those clips to social platforms on a schedule. OpusClip, Klap, Vizard and Submagic are clipping tools that have added scheduling. Publer is a scheduler with no clipping. Bulk Scheduler does both, across four platforms, priced in rupees. The three things worth comparing are therefore: how much output you get per month and in what unit — clips, videos or source minutes, which are not interchangeable; whether scheduling is included on the tier you would actually buy, because two of these tools gate it behind a higher plan; and which platforms are supported, since no tool here covers every network and the gaps are different ones.
Price and scheduling at a glance
| Tool | Entry paid plan | Mid tier | Volume | Scheduling |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bulk Scheduler Priced in rupees, Razorpay checkout. YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. | ₹499/mo≈ $5.70 | ₹1,799/mo | 40 → 350 Renders/mo | Every paid plan |
| OpusClip The most advanced clipping engine of the five — AI B-roll, reprompting, and a long head start on clip quality. | $15/mo≈ ₹1,320 | $29/mo | Credit-based | Pro ($29) and above only |
| Klap Best clips-per-rupee of any tool here, and unlimited connected accounts. | $14/mo (yearly)≈ ₹1,232 | $39/mo | 100 → 1,000 clips/mo | Included |
| Vizard Charges by source minute rather than clip count, and exports 4K. | ≈$14.50/mo (yearly)≈ ₹1,276 | $29/mo | 600 credits = 600 source-minutes | Included |
| Submagic Hard duration caps: 2 min on Starter, 5 min on Pro, 30 min on Business. | $19/mo ($12 yearly)≈ ₹1,672 | $39/mo | 15 → 100 videos/mo | Pro and above |
| Publer No AI clipping at all — it schedules video you have already made. | $5/mo (1 account)≈ ₹440 | ≈$12/mo (3 accounts) | Scheduling only | Its whole product |

Where the other tools are better
Three places, honestly. If one of these matters more to you than price, buy the other tool.
Klap is cheaper at 100 clips a month
Klap's Basic plan is about $14 a month on annual billing for 100 clips. Our Growth plan is ₹1,799 for 120 Renders. At that volume Klap wins on price, and it connects unlimited social accounts. Our advantage is at the entry tier, not this one.
OpusClip's clipping engine is more advanced
Virality scoring, AI B-roll, reprompting a clip, speech cleanup, dubbing. If the quality of the automatic cut is the thing you care about most, OpusClip is ahead — though its Starter plan cannot schedule anything, so you would be posting by hand until the $29 tier.
No Facebook, no X
We publish to YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok. Facebook and X are not supported and are not being worked on. Most tools on this page cover both, so if either is part of your routine that is a real reason to choose something else. TikTok also stays unavailable to accounts in India — a platform restriction rather than ours, but the effect on you is the same.
Where Bulk Scheduler is the better buy
Nothing else exists at ₹499
The cheapest comparable paid tier anywhere else is about $14–15, roughly ₹1,232–₹1,320 — and OpusClip's tier at that price has no scheduling at all. ₹499 with AI clipping and auto-publishing included has no equivalent.
Scheduling is not a premium feature here
OpusClip gates it to $29 and Submagic to its Pro tier. Publishing is on every paid Bulk Scheduler plan, including the cheapest one — YouTube and Instagram from ₹499, LinkedIn and TikTok from Growth.
Rupees and UPI, not a dollar card
Checkout runs on Razorpay, so UPI, net banking and Indian debit cards all work. Every other tool here bills in US dollars and expects an international card. For a lot of Indian creators that is the actual blocker, not the price.
Things none of them do
Rewriting titles, descriptions and tags on videos that are already publishedon your channel; routing each clip to YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn or TikTok automatically by its duration; AI thumbnails generated from a real frame of the video; and a Virality Score that grades a clip against a fixed checklist plus an AI read — deliberately not a predicted view count, because nothing can honestly sell you one.
Questions people ask before switching
What is the cheapest way to turn long videos into scheduled Shorts?
As of September 2026 the lowest paid entry point among the tools compared on this page is Bulk Scheduler at ₹499 per month, which is roughly $5.70 and includes both AI clipping and scheduled publishing to YouTube and Instagram. The next cheapest paid tiers are Klap at about $14 per month on annual billing and OpusClip Starter at $15 per month - but OpusClip's Starter plan does not include scheduling at all, so publishing still has to be done by hand or on the $29 Pro plan. Klap and Vizard both include scheduling on their entry tiers. If you only need scheduling and already have your clips, a plain scheduler such as Publer starts at about $5 per month for a single connected account. Prices move; check each vendor's page before committing.
Do I need a credit card, or can I pay in rupees?
Bulk Scheduler is priced in Indian rupees and checkout runs on Razorpay, so UPI, net banking and Indian debit cards all work and you do not need a card that clears international payments. Every other tool on this page bills in US dollars and expects an international card. For a lot of Indian creators that is the actual deciding factor rather than the price itself: a plan that costs $15 is not cheap if your card is declined at checkout. This is also why several international video tools have added Indian payment gateways in the last two years. If you already have a card that handles dollar payments, compare on features and volume instead, because at higher volumes some of the tools here are better value.
Which tool gives the most clips for the money?
Klap, on clip count alone. Its Basic plan is about $14 per month on annual billing for 100 clips, which works out cheaper per clip than Bulk Scheduler's Growth plan at ₹1,799 for 120 Renders. Vizard is harder to compare directly because it charges by source minute rather than by clip - 600 credits means 600 minutes of input video, and how many clips that produces depends entirely on your footage. Bulk Scheduler is clearly the best value at the entry tier, where ₹499 buys 40 Renders plus scheduling and the nearest competitor at that price does not exist. At 100 clips a month the comparison genuinely goes the other way.
Does Bulk Scheduler support TikTok?
Yes, on the Growth and Pro plans. TikTok works as a normal multi-account platform here: connect several TikTok accounts, give each its own posting times, and clips are routed by duration alongside YouTube Shorts, full-length YouTube videos, Instagram Reels and LinkedIn. The Starter plan is YouTube and Instagram only, so TikTok is one of the two reasons people move up a tier. One caveat worth knowing before you sign up: TikTok is not available to accounts in India, which is a restriction on the platform rather than on this tool, and the dashboard says so instead of failing silently. Facebook and X are still not supported, and if either is central to your routine another tool on this page fits better.
